GETTING STARTED

Your first deposit, step by step.

Choose an amount, check the offer, and follow the right payment route from the start.

Start with the amount you planned

Choose an entertainment budget before looking at a welcome package. You can then compare offers against the same amount instead of letting a large headline decide your spending. If an offer needs more than your budget, skip it or choose an available option with a lower qualifying deposit.

The amount on a prepaid voucher or in a wallet is not automatically the amount you need to deposit. Look at the cashier’s minimum and maximum first. A voucher balance below the minimum may need a different supported redemption option; do not buy another voucher until you know the rules.

Check the cashier before funding anything

Register only after reviewing the operator’s current eligibility conditions. Once you have access to the account, open the deposit section and confirm that your chosen payment option appears. A logo on a public page is useful for making a shortlist, but the cashier is where you see the options for your account.

Read the label carefully. A wallet and a bank product can share similar branding. A payment processor may sit behind another button. If you have a voucher, confirm that the option accepts that specific voucher rather than a different product from the same provider.

Decide whether you want the bonus

Check whether the promotion is selected automatically, requires an opt-in, or needs a code. Find the first-deposit part of the package and read its qualifying amount. Confirm that your chosen payment method is eligible before completing the transaction.

You can decide that a deposit without a bonus suits you better. Make that choice before confirming, and check that the promotion is no longer selected. Ask support if you cannot tell whether bonus conditions will attach to the deposit.

Follow the payment route you actually see

For a card payment, enter the requested details and approve any authentication request from your issuer. For a wallet, use its genuine sign-in or app approval screen. Check the merchant and amount before approving.

For a connected bank payment, select the supported bank and follow its authorisation steps. A manual bank transfer instead needs the exact beneficiary details and reference generated by the casino. Do not reuse an old reference because an earlier deposit worked.

For a prepaid payment, enter the code only in the supported cashier or provider checkout. Keep the voucher and receipt until the credit appears. If the payment uses a retail barcode, follow the expiry and amount shown on that barcode.

Read the final confirmation screen

Before pressing the final button, check the debit amount, currency, any displayed charge, and the account being used. If a conversion is offered, compare the total you will pay with the balance you expect to receive. Stop and resolve an unexpected amount instead of approving it to see what happens.

After approval, return to the casino and check the transaction history as well as the balance. A successful bank or wallet authorisation can precede the casino’s own confirmation. Keep the payment reference until both sides agree.

Confirm the offer has been applied

If you selected a promotion, look for the bonus balance, free-spin allocation, or promotion status before starting a game. Some packages release their parts in stages, so compare what you received with the first stage’s terms.

If the offer is missing, save the confirmation and contact support before placing bets. Ask whether the deposit qualified and whether the offer needs activation. Starting play can make it harder to change a bonus selection.

If something does not look right

Check whether the money left the payment account. A pending payment needs a status check, not an immediate duplicate. A declined payment with no debit calls for a look at the amount, balance, account details, and provider response.

Use the payment troubleshooting guide for the next steps. Keep any support request specific: method, amount, time, status, and transaction reference. Never include passwords, full card details, or a reusable voucher code in a public message.
