Payment missing or stuck?

Work out whether the problem is the option, the approval, or the balance before making another attempt.

If the payment option is missing

Check that you are looking at the deposit section of the correct account. Payment lists can change with the account setup, currency, provider availability, and the product selected. Refresh the cashier once, then look for the provider’s current product name.

Do not assume that a similarly named option is interchangeable. A wallet account, prepaid voucher, and bank-payment service may require different credentials. Ask support whether your exact product is available before funding a new account or purchasing a voucher.

If the payment is declined

Read the message from the service that declined it. Check your available balance, the cashier’s amount limits, the entered details, and any approval request in your payment app. A saved card or account may need updated details after a replacement or account change.

Your payment provider may restrict certain merchant transactions. If it has blocked the payment, ask it for an explanation. Repeated attempts with altered details are unlikely to resolve the underlying reason and may create several pending authorisations.

If approval never arrives

Check that you are signed into the right app account and that the phone number or email matches the details requested by the checkout. Open the app directly to look for a pending request, rather than relying only on a push notification.

Time-limited codes and requests may expire while you switch screens. First check that the original attempt has not completed. If it has failed or expired, start a fresh request from the cashier and review the new amount before approving.

If money left your account but the balance is unchanged

Check the casino’s payment history and the status shown by the bank, wallet, or voucher provider. An authorisation, a completed debit, and a casino credit are different records. Save the reference and the time of the attempt.

Contact the casino with the method, amount, currency, payment status, and transaction reference. Ask it to trace that payment before you try again. Avoid posting statements, reusable codes, or full payment details in a public chat.

If a voucher is rejected

Confirm the product and currency, then check the remaining balance through the provider’s official service. Look for a typing mistake without sending the complete code to anyone. Check whether the cashier allows the value you are trying to redeem.

A code can already be partly used or tied to a previous pending attempt. Keep the purchase receipt and ask the provider to check its status if the balance does not match what you expect. A fresh purchase should not be your first troubleshooting step.

If the deposit worked but the bonus did not

Look at the promotion status and the terms for the first stage of the package. Check the opt-in, qualifying amount, payment eligibility, and whether the reward is released later.

Contact support before playing if the expected reward is missing. Give the promotion name and deposit reference, and ask whether the bonus can be applied under its current terms. A successful payment alone does not prove that an offer qualified.

When to stop trying

If the status remains unclear, pause until the casino or payment provider can trace the transaction. Keep one clear record of the attempt instead of creating several new ones.

If the method is simply unavailable to your account, return to the payment directory and compare a method you can already use. Confirm the new option in the cashier before moving money into it.

Find the casino that fits your payment.
